The property was great, unfortunately they stuck us right above the pool which was being repainted. the fumes from the resin were making us sick. They put a sign in the lobby the day the pool was being worked on to apologize for the awful toxic smell. No advanced warning whatsoever. Thankfully Franck the front desk attendant was able to move us to a better room farther away from the pool. He was the bright spot at this place and the only reason I give it 4 stars. He was very helpful with everything and even gave us some great tips on where to go to see some authentic villages. Thank you Franck , you made the trip great!

Ottimo per un soggiorno tra Costa azzurra
Ottimo resort a pochi km da Cannes e vicino altre località da scoprire. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito e comodo. Gli ambienti sono gradevoli e si sta bene. L'accoglienza è gentile e professionale. Consigliato!

Overall, this is a genuinely impressive establishment to lodge for a few nights. Its proximity to the highway is a notable convenience, yet surprisingly, no vehicular noise permeates the apartment or the pool area. The apartment provides all the expected amenities, satisfying our requirements flawlessly. However, we encountered an issue with a poorly secured glass door in our shower. Given its instability, it wasn't safe for family use, especially with a child. Luckily, the apartment also included a hot tub and an additional shower, offering a useful alternative. The reception was informed about the faulty shower door, and we earnestly hope they rectify this issue for future guests. Despite the aforementioned problem, the hotel is a highly commendable place to stay. It offers cleanliness, tranquility, private parking, a securely gated area, and a multilingual reception. Given our positive experience, we would certainly consider returning if we were to visit Nice again in the future.

Alles in Allem angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Positive an der Unterkunft war, dass man sich jederzeit sicher gefühlt hat und man das Auto vor dem Apartment auf dem Gelände parken kann. Das Gelände ist nur über ein Tor und einen Zugangscode zugänglich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und ganz hübsch anzusehen. Der Pool ist sauber und wohltemperiert. Die einzelnen Zimmer hingegen sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und man sieht auf den ersten Blick direkt einige Mängel. Auch der Boden und die Ecken waren nicht wirklich sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Die Sauberkeit der wichtigen Stellen (Toilette,Badewanne,Bett,Küchenzeile) ist jedoch gegeben. Handyempfang hatten wir im Apartment keinen, das Wlan hat nur sporadisch funktioniert. Als wirklich schön empfunden haben wir, dass das Hotel sehr Hunde-freundlich ist. Somit begegnet einem jedoch auch mal der ein oder andere Hund mit seinem Herrchen. Man sollte also keine Angst vor Hunden haben. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hat uns bei unserem Check-in auf die letzte Minute trotzdem alles erklärt was wir wissen mussten und uns freundlich empfangen. Bei längerem Aufenthalt (ab 8Tage) muss man noch die Spülmaschine einräumen und das Apartment in einen akzeptablen Zustand versetzen sowie den Müll vor seiner Abreise wegbringen. Wer also keine Probleme damit hat am Ende seines Aufenthaltes noch ein wenig aufzuräumen und damit Leben kann kein Top modernes Zimmer zu haben ist hier gut aufgehoben.

I like this hotel really I will stay again because friendly helpful good location, clean and close to Cannes , also it has 1 big swimming pool, free parking with gate open with password, this hotel like apartment you will find everything. I recommend this hotel for family.

Beau, agréable mais pas confortable
Calme et agréable, le logement était propre et en bon état cependant les lits ne sont pas confortables lit 2 places et canapé lit. Nous avons écourté notre séjour. De plus petit déjeuné n’ouvre qu’à 9h30. Pas évident avec des enfants en bas âge.

Bon séjour
Bon séjour pour le 31 décembre. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, bonne localisation, personnel agréable, espace bien arboré. Dommage qu'il manquait quelques petits éléments comme des vestiaires, des pantoufles ou des peignoirs pour aller au sauna / salle de sport car on doit passer dans un couloir bâché vu qu'il y a des travaux pour la piscine extérieure. De plus, dommage que le personnel ne prévoit pas d'allumer le chauffage lors de l'arrivée des clients surtout en plein hiver. Des petites attentions permettent d'apprécier le séjour.

Posto incantevole. Personale gentile, ampio parcheggio. bella piscina, sauna e piccola palestra con attrezzi. Studio ben arredato e ben equipaggiato con elettrodeomestici (lavastaviglie,piastra elettrica,tostapane,bollitore, microonde), piatti , bicchieri e stoviglie.. tutto il necessario per potersi cucinare anche una cenetta ..in tempi di Covid.... da ritornarcie e da consigliare agli amici...

Prettig verblijf op goede locatie
We waren hier voor een tweede keer (sinds 2 jaar) voor 8 dagen. Fijn appartement, schoon, lekker koel en rustig. Perfecte locatie om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor het verkennen van de Cote d’Azur. Je bent zo in Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Grasse of St Tropez. Ook een dagje luieren aan het zwembad is heerlijk. Tijdens de Covid-19 tijd was de receptie beperkt geopend, 2 uur in de ochtend en 2 uur aan het eind van de middag. Prettig en handig was dat terwijl we laat aankwamen toch ons huisje in konden middels een sleutel die in een kluisje was achtergelaten. Verdere instructies hadden we per e-mail ontvangen. Het huisje was voorzien van alle basisgemakken, alleen een snijplankje misten we in de keukeninventaris. Al met al een fijne plek om te verblijven!

The room is good but the morning recepcionist is super rude and unhelpful and the breakfast is terrible. So much better and cheaper to have a breakfast on mcdonalds for example.
