"The staff is very friendly and attentive. they worked with us even when our arrival was delayed due to car issues. They stayed in communication with us and made sure everything was ready for our late arrival. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed. This is the second time I have stayed there and have been unable use it both times. I enjoy swimming in the early evening and morning, so I brought a suit just for that purpose."

"This was was the final stop in a cross-country road trip for me and my sister, and we had no idea how swanky it was until we drove up! We got a great deal, and were super happy with the place for the most part. Our room was beautiful, on the 15th floor with views of the Red Rock National Conservation Area. Dinner at Hearthstone was amazing, with great service. Breakfast at the Lucky Penny was . . . interesting: The person who seated us, who ended up being our server, was gruff, and didn't...
