"We used Fairly as a base to Lake Tekapo which is a 30 minute drive from Fairlie. The Pinewood is a short drive or 5 minute walk into town on the Tekapo road so was convenient. While accommodation is slightly dated, it is clean, well presented and was value for money. Our room had a relatively new split system air conditioner which provided good space heating.
