"This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make...

"I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast"

"Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in."

"I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "

"Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another...

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"Beautiful rooms with modern amenities, lots of space, and historic touches. It was perfect staying here while my daughter had a wrestling tournament across the street. Very convenient. With the onsite bar and restaurant, it's a nice place to stay for any purpose. "

"Clean and welcoming, amazing hot breakfast with staff readily available to keep food stocked and breakfast area tidy. Lovely pool - my children enjoyed swimming each of the three nights we stayed. Overall, definitely recommend and will return if ever in the area again!"

"Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery."
