"Didnt have the best experience here. We specifically booked this hotel as we needed to be near the airport. I rang for the airport shuttle and was told to wait by stop E. After 30 mins of waiting we called and were told it should be stop M. After 1.5 hours we finally made it to the hotel. The whole thing could have been prevented by better comms from the hotel. The entire website talks about the airport shuttle but no where does it say 'if you arrive at terminal X go to stop ?'. The whole thing could have been prevented. We were so tired when we arrived we ordered room service, only to find the qr code for ordering on our tv was the old menu. It was just one thing after another. I wouldnt stay here again, even though its close to the airport, i would rather get a taxi and stay in the city "
