"A warm welcome will greet you from Pam and Denis and a very comfortable room awaits. Great shower in the bathroom and all amenities provided. A hearty breakfast in the morning will set you up for the day. It's a little out of town, but only 15 minutes away via a frequent bus service a stone's throw from the house. Would definitely recommend. "

"Very clean, great location for sightseeing. Tram route, Quake City, Memorial Wall and Botanical gardens all within easy walking distance, to name but a few. Friendly and helpful staff, although some minor communication issues. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and a choice of Bacon and eggs or eggs Benedict, plus juice, teas and coffees. Easy parking too. "
