"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

"The place was a perfect getaway from the insanity of Broadway. Good food in the surrounding block, but we found nothing around 3am. Only negative was there was only 1 serving of coffee for a 3-day stay, with no convenient way to find refills nearby without buying in bulk. We’d totally stay there again!"

"A great 2 bedroom apartment with huge closets. We had three of us and needed the extra bedroom. The location was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Honky Tonks, restaurants, Hall Of Fame,etc. The staff was wonderful, and it has underground parking available. The lights from the pool shined in our rooms and they only had shutters instead of curtains, but that was our only complaint. "
