"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room and bathroom were very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The location was also very convenient. It was just outside of downtown, making it easy to get into the city while also being close to shopping, which was a nice bonus during my stay. The only downside was that this is a non-smoking hotel, but someone was smoking in a room near ours, and the cigarette smoke made...

"The (one) staff member on July 4 was truly exceptional (and obviously overworked, handling the front desk, serving as bartender, baking cookies, and helping guests with the outdoor grill and any other problems that cropped up). The staff members we met on the 5th were also great. The relatively few problems were more prosaic: 1. A shower curtain that was too short (or the curtain rod was mounted too high), resulting in water halfway across the bathroom floor (in a handicap-accessible room, 519,...

"The room was clean. The staff at the desk were friendly. The breakfast was good. Cold cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee and tea. The breakfast area was clean. The only thing that could have been a bit better was the trash pick up in the room. It lacked a little. "

"The kitchenette came with not a single plate utensil or pot. It didn't even have a coffee maker. The bed was taller than normal and I needed a stool to get up onto it after hip surgery. Sometimes staff was there and sometimes it was not staffed. The staff that were there were all very helpful but the management of the property is poor and people gather in the parking lot at different areas to smoke pot"
