I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. The water I was cool in the shower and didn’t really heat up much, and when we turned on the AC unit it waded this loud humming noise the entire time it was on. It was pretty aggravating. "The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!"

"Rarely do you find a hotel where the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and delighted to serve the customers. There were smiles all around and it felt like family. I'm a business traveler and I spend evenings in the room working and I like to have a nice, clean room. This one had a huge picture window and the evening sun lit up the room. I felt safe and it was easy to request a room refresh--I will definitely go back again! This is a very well-managed property so kudos to the team! :)"
