"Overall I give this hotel 3 stars. The rooms were clean and fresh looking. I felt comfortable in there which is huge for me because I hate hotels in general. "We stayed one night and overall had an excellent experience. The hotel and room itself felt modern clean and was very comfortable. The choice at the self serve breakfast was good and the stay was great value for the money. One small suggestion that would be a big help would be some simple instructions to operate the TV. "Wike up frozen and all power off. No breakfast. Youd think they would have a generator. Not even a discount. The grout in the shower needs a good soak with bleach. "

"Upon entrance to the hotel we immediately noticed how beautiful it was. Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was lovely to deal with. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is easy to get to from the highway and it’s near the downtown core but overlooking the lake. We were able to take a walk along the waterside just beside the hotel where there is also a beautiful park. In addition, the restaurant located in the hotel was superb! Good food and great prices! We will definitely be back!...

"The room was perfect! It was super comfy, the tv had youtube, netflix and prime video which was really nice and they also provided dishware (plates, bowls, etc.) as well as cookware (pots, pans, strainer bowl, etc.) The ac unit worked really well and we were able to customize the room temp to our liking in a matter of minutes. The fridge had lots of space which was a plus. I came here to relax and get away from life and this was exactly what I needed. Easy 10/10 as I def plan on coming here...

"The team was incredible. There was an issue with our room and they were quick to find a solution. They also provided two beverage vouchers to use at Isabelle for the inconvenience. Every detail in the rooms was appreciated - including the comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and duvet."
