"This property is absolutely GROSS!! Thank goodness I keep a can of Lysol disinfectant spray with me in my van because my room screamed GERMS everywhere’s!! This hotels inside looked like something out of the 1970s. With all original furnishings from the 1970s. VERY OLD AND OUTDATED ALL THROUGHOUT THIS HOTEL. Although the hotel was nasty and ran down looking both inside and out. Their hotel clerk there was SUPER nice!! Overall, just a nasty hotel."

"Pros: Reasonable rates and a convenient location with a short drive to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The convention center is right next door, making it a great option for events. The room was a decent size and appeared clean on the surface. Cons: The biggest downside was the carpet, which had a very strong smoke and mildew odor that made the room unpleasant. "The elevators to the rooms are oddly distant from the lobby. Our room was clean, but was missing some basic supplies such as tissue and coffee for the Keurig machine. Overall, it served its purpose for us (a quite overnight sleep) but was not overly impressive."

"This hotel wasn't the nicest hotel we stayed at, but would stay at again. It was clean but definitely not the most up-to-date hotel. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only real complaint I have would be that the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, that we couldn't even sit in it because it burned our eyes so bad."

"My stay was not up to par. When check ing in we were told our room was not ready. This was at 5:30 p.m. All the staff said was sorry, nothing was done to rectify the problem. As this was my 70th birthday celebration we needed to change in the 1st floor bathroom, since we were trying to get to dinner and a concert at the Hard Rock Casino. "

"The fitness center was a joke 2 bikes and a treadmill which did not work; floor was sticky carpet was moist. Never had houskeeping over a 4 day stay. Breakfast was pedestrian."

"The bathroom was nasty in our room the toilet was not cleaned shower still had hair in it from the previous guests. The air made a noise the whole time it was on. It smelt like mold and mildew the floors had a weird sticky feeling to them. The staff was nice at the front desk and was very convenient to be right next to kings island. You definitely get what u pay for cheap hotel. I would have thought better of a comfort inn thou I’ve never stayed in one bad before. "
