"The rooms were beautiful and clean. The property was well kept and had a stunning pool. The hotel staff were amazing. Food was delicious, we loved the included breakfast. The staff were super friendly, organized, helped us book transportation on our check out day! They suggested some good boat tours for the area. All amazing! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Decent size room and bathroom. Nice pool and garden area. Friendly and helpful staff. Big shoutout to the cleaning staff who cleaned up after our daughter had a bout of food poisoning one night (not from hotel food). Easy to walk to lots of local eateries or tricycles readily available outside."

"Had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the hotel was a short walk to the town. Only negative is that there is not enough sun loungers and there are no umbrellas. "

"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."

"Like others have said be prepared for stairs, stairs, and more stairs! Definitely not a place for disabled, elderly or otherwise anyone with difficulty climbing. The room was clean and simple however we were two friends sharing a room with two beds, too small and would not recommend except for intimate couples. TV only picked up a couple local stations which came in poorly. The pool is nice but not heated so I took a cold swim in morning. There is a restaurant on site which is good otherwise...

"The accommodation is really good with an A/C in our queen bedroom. The room has a washroom as well. Breakfast is already included in the package for our stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating our concerns. I will stay here again when given a chance to comeback to Coron."

"Staff was amazing, very helpful with arranging a shared boat tour and transportation to the ferry. Great location, can walk to everything in the town. We didn't care about the pool; however, if you do this is not the place for you; it's very small and really just for sitting in. The breakfast was good. Thanks for a great stay."
