"This was a wonderful surprise to find this little gem in Holyoke! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the breakfast was very nice! The only negative I could see is the elevator is a bit slow...but that really isn't even a big deal! Had a great stay and will return!"

"Stayed 4 nights and three of the days had no hot water to our room. Reception suggested running both faucets to push water faster however after 20 minutes, still ice cold. Not too many other options in this area and would hesitate to stay here again. I’m a Bonvoy member but staff seemed disinterested as I booked through Expedia. Not a great experience as someone who travels for dance conventions and stay at Marriotts at least once per month. Worst one yet."

"The housekeeping staff was not very friendly. I asked for something to use to wipe down my surfaces in the room because I had handprints in like sticky stuff on them and they will not give me anything. The room was kind of dirty and housekeeping walked right by my room each day I was there. I didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and they have attitudes all over her face so I decided not to engage and ask them for anything else."

"We arrived late and left early, appreciated a budget motel near the interstate, and got what we paid for. The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The mattress was basic (no pillow top) but in good shape; the frame it sat on creaked loudly with any movement. There was no closet, only a waist high rod with a couple hangers, and no amenities in the room (coffee maker, hairdryer). The bathroom was HUGE, had sturdy grab bars by the toilet, had an accessible shower, and even had a seat for showering....

"The room smelled like a smoker lived there. Other guests we saw in parking lot said the same of their room. Beds were not very comfortable. Most outlets didn't work. Felt old and worn and in need of some serious upgrades. The staff were all very nice though. "

"This property was very nice and cozy, very few amenities, coffee and tea at front desk area however it was appreciated. Only draw back I had was the sheets were a little bit stained and there was only one trash bin in the room and non in the bathroom. I would rebook at this inn in the future, the attendant at the front desk was also very nice. "

"Excellent stay. Staff were friendly, great amenities, and hotel was very clean. However, disappointed as housekeeping came once during our four night stay. Taking out trash, replacing towels, and restocking coffee/tea service is of value to me."

"Great amenities at this property great breakfast loved having the laundry available having a pool and hot tub. That was also great. The only negative is there’s a male associate running the front desk in the morning hours, and during the day he should not be in customer service does not smile and that’s what you want when you walk through the door. The woman in the evening is excellent very accommodating. They upgraded my room because it was so dead. She was a peach. I love the property because...
