No ice bucket in room 5. No 24 hour customer service desk assistant 6. The hotel staff came to our room 25 minutes before checkout asking us( are you leaving) 7. Rooms sell like smoke 8. People hanging around property in the back and front. 9. The price was good. "

"The motel was conveniently located about 7 minutes from Churchill Downs. It was clean but a bit old. The shower was nice and we had a comfortable stay. The planes were sometimes very loud due to proximity to the airport."

"The hotel was clean. It served its purpose for Derby Weekend. An inexpensive, no frills alternative to the more elegant hotels. There isn’t an elevator. If you are physically challenged, ask for a first floor room. "

"For this to be part of the Wyndham Hotel Family. This was terrible. It is obviously a very old Days Inn. The shower didn’t work. There was no closet or bathroom vanity for any toiletries. The floors had cracks, the bathroom had a cover over a hole that at one time must have been a drain. Also, the heat pump had the 220 outlet just laying on the floor with the plug inserted. Definite fire hazard. We came for the Derby but I will never stay at a Wyndham facility again. Do Better or close this...

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare...
