"When we checked in we waited for our room to be ready, at 3:56pm I asked if it was ready. They said it was. Upon entering the room we noticed several issues, no toilet paper and no refill,smudges in the bathroom mirror as well as in the balcony door, sink dirty and stained. The tub was clogged and took forever for the water to go down the drain, there was no body wash gel, hardly any shampoo towels did not look clean but reclycled. The place over packed, not enough staff to accommodate everyone,...

"The shower head in room 4 barely spit out any water. The kitchen was closed which defeated the point of it being a bed and breakfast experience. The pool was also not working due to some pump issue which I was unaware of until I arrived. I was under the impression that there was a fully functioning, kitchen and fully working pool. when we got there, we waited about 20 minutes until somebody finally came to check us in after I had to go looking for help."

"Since we last stayed, remodeling has continued! The breakfast room is now open and updated. Beds were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fridge and microwave. Ice machine was out of order. Night and morning staff were helpful and friendly!"

"This is definitely an older hotel. Its location was great. Easy walk to the outlet stores and TLC Park which is especially great for kids. Breakfast was good with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal and a variety of pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. There are some areas that need fixing. The carpet by the fireplace had a spot that looked like it burnt the carpet and hurt to walk on. Pool was nice and being enclosed would be a great place during the winter."

"I chose the place because of the pool and laundry room but laundry rooms was out of service. If I knew that I’ll go somewhere else. I should have received some money back."
