"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "

"Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. "

"The pool area was cold and the pool itself was not a comfortable temperature. Hotel is terribly understaffed. Staff is rude but after talking to the manager, they’re just a reflection of him. having rooms available to check into just an hour early. They refuse to check anyone in until 330 and act like they’re doing you a favor I would pass this place by "

"Housekeeping did not change sheets, towels, trash, when asked during our stay. We had to ask management to ensure our rooms were serviced several times before housekeeping actually came. Hotel check in was great. Staff in lobby were very friendly! Parking was very easy. The view from the patio is beautiful! They used to have a full breakfast years ago but now just serve muffins and juice and coffee but that was okay to get us started in the mornings."

"Unfortunately the room didn’t have soap and wasn’t very clean. Upon our departure we discovered a large sum of cash missing from our safe in the room. Understandably the hotel cannot accuse a worker, although the did check the card swipes and cameras which found only one person entered besides us. I was just shocked the hotel didn’t offer anything, not a discount or a credit for upcoming stay, nothing. Will be the last time I stay there. "

" This was beautiful. The historic charm was amazing. This will definitely be where we stay during our next visit. The only thing we missed was the Sky Lounge. Loved it!!!"
