Stop on way to B uffalo River National Park. Very clean. Staff friendly and pleasant. Good for mid level motel. No breakfast,but McDonald's up the street.

Friendly service, comfortable beds and rooms, and great internet! The only downside was no refunds for the two nights the room wasn't needed when my trip was cut short. I don't remember seeing information about that but I could have missed it.

Manager was very nice and helpful. Property is very dated and lower quality amenities. It would be a lot nicer with updated furniture and carpet. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. But price was somewhat cheap, so you get what you pay for.

They wouldn't take responsibility for their workers getting a drywall mixture on my car. They wouldn't fix the scalding hot shower. They claim it wasn't doing it. They don't clean. Exposed hole around smoke detector. Looked like they painted over mold. Found a cigarette on the floor behind the fridge by an ant motel in my non-smoking room. Poor outdoor lighting. Shady characters coming in and out of there. I took off the 2nd night. Went to the Quality Inn in Mtn. Home. I recommend you do the same!

The check in was quick and easy. Because we had pets, they put us in a room with easy access to a walking area behind the hotel. Clean towels and supplies ready everyday. No fuss, just a nice room to base our NorthernnArkansas adventure from.

There was an odd smell in the room. Couldn’t figure out what it was. And, there was a hole in the shower stall that weirded me out a little. The shower faucet handle was hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.

We had to make a last min stay for a family funeral. All the spots by the room were taken up by the people living in the rooms, and they hung out in front drinking and checking out my daughter's butts.

Walls were nasty. Looked like bave not been cleaned in years. Hair dryer was broke.No iron in r9m or available at front desk. Sheets were sstained and or nkt clean. Check out was at 10:00am and requested for an extra hour but they denied. Room was almost 80.00$. Ridiculously priced when 15 miles from Gassville you can stay in Mountain Home for less and for clean room, with 11:00 or 12:000 che k out.

Come Fly With Me!

Flies everywhere. Room comes with a fly-swatter. Dead flies on floor and in toilet and shower. Breakfast was minimal. Nice people. Just not a clean well maintained place. Just glad my wife wasn’t with me as it would not have gone over well. The grandsons with me didn’t seem to notice. They just wanted to go fishing.

When we arrived to check in the owner was ther she was beyond amazing! Her and her staff was very helpful telling us about the area and making sure we had everything we need for or room. The room it’s self was very big and super clean. The bathroom are a bit small but the hotel it self is on the older side. Other than that everything was great we will definitely stay there again!!

Foreign prison aura

The hotel looked old n dirty from the outside but was worse on the inside. Smells like what I would imagine a foreign jail would smell like. Lady at front desk was rude and treated me like I interrupted her evening. They gave the room for my son and i with 2 beds to someone else and suggested one of us should sleep ON THE FLOOR!!! I had to call Hotels.com back and the hotel LIED TO HOTELS.COM!!!!

Center of Gassville, adjacent to everything

I was followed up with over the phone, greeted very warmly in person, and given one of the most interesting keys I’d ever seen. It’s not a magnetic strip, so the phone won’t deactivate it, which is excellent. Tons of awesome places for food nearby like Freez King, Letty’s, and KT’s smokehouse. Sizeable room with amenities.
