"Was looking forward to the pool, it was dirty with black chunks floating all in the water , the bottom of the pool had long large lines of muck. Gross! The front staff lady tried to be very helpful. Room was clean. Shower was nice, tub dated."

"We booked this room 3 days in advance & had to wait 45 mins past check in time to get checked into our room while the clerk checked 3 other couples into rooms that were not pre-booked. Bathroom had multiple hairs in the floor and hairs on the blanket of the bed."
