"We booked a room for the view. Upon arrival, the desk clerk let us know we would be upgraded to a suite. OK, great. What she didn't let us know was we lost out on our view, which was the purpose of booking. Then this suite "upgrade" was not cleaned too well - someone's fake nails were on the floor.
