"It was great"

"I am a Bridal Makeup Artist and stayed here last minute the night before a wedding due to a huge snow storm in May. I wanted to make sure I took my time traveling up from the south and missed any icy roads in the early morning drive. The hotel itself was extremely clean, quiet and a good price. There was more then enough parking and the area surrounding the hotel felt safe, which is especially important for me when I'm traveling alone for work. I would absolutely stay here again!"

I rented two rooms, including a king suite with a hot tub, and both needed major updates. There were broken lamps and doors, rusty mirrors, stained towels, holes and burn marks in the sheets, dirty couches, and old furniture everywhere. "This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic."

"Wonderful, cozy stay! The vinyl collection and players in the room is so fun. The sunset lounge was nice just to sit and enjoy the view with lovely music. Great location! We live in the area and would 100% recommend this hotel every time for visitors. Perfect location."

"The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!"

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "Everyone was very helpful and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants"

"Total disappointment! The room was filthy and bug infested. The shower/ tub was cracked and we couldn’t use it. The pool was filthy, I didn’t trust not showering. They were supposed to change us rooms, told us twice to come back later.. The third time we tried they said they were full and there wa son other rooms. The new hotel clerk said nobody told her. Whole staff was rude about the situation. We left our vacation a day early because I couldn’t stand being there."

"They accommodated our request for adjoining, connecting rooms without hesitation. Service was great, food was good and hotel was quiet. The only issue is that one of the 2 elevators was out of order and several times I waited 5 or 10 minutes for an empty elevator. Normally, I could take the stairs, but traveling with a disabled child, service dog and all of the equipment needed made stairs impossible. "No room cleaning, didn’t know you had to request it !! They didn’t tell you had to request it !!"

"Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place."
