Then when unpacking the car at the door there was grass and dirt everywhere. I ducted the mat and you still had everything go inside so the floor was dirty. We could not keep the stuff out."

"We were unfortunately late for check-in and went to the bar as directed by the sign. First person wasn't overly helpful as we weren't sent a code however another staff member was able to help us and give us access to our room and provide information, offer drinks, food even though it was close to kitchen closing time. Rest of stay, staff were friendly, room had a view of the beach but parking was limited and had to park in vacant block across the road because there was not marked parking and people hadn't parked cars properly. Was very happy though and would stay again for sure."
