Nice big room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom, easy parking, shame about the building works but did not impact stay. Air-conditioning in room did not work and it was a very hot weekend with no breeze so room was very hot. Otherwise perfect

A fantastic room overlooking the river, with views extending over 270 degrees as we were on the corner of the hotel on the 3rd floor. There was a minor problem checking in as the receptionist gave us a room with a street/trees view, but this was resolved by the senior receptionist who was extremely helpful.
Breakfast was not worth the money (24 euros each) but the dinners were excellent. The meals were superb quality and the extras, including bread and gazpacho were appreciated. However, on the...

We had a wonderful one-night stay as a couple. The hotel was elegant, comfortable and welcoming, with excellent service throughout. Our room was lovely, and the location was ideal for exploring. Thé hôtel is good, clean and close to the airport. There are no hotels at Charleroi airport. . But thé hôtel staff has put in place a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to/from the airport. The staff was really helpful to arrange to pick me up at the airport, and bring me back the next day for my flight. 5 stars responsive and helpful for the service
