The room was excellent and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The bon bons and bottled water and sparkling water were very much appreciated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly. My daughter accidentally left her airpods and didnt realize til we were at the airport. She emailed the facility, they found them and offered to hold them and provided a delivery service where she was able to have them arranged to mail back to the states. It was very much appreciated!

Found Hotel next to Charleroi airport very convenient for business. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming in reception, bar & restaurant. Room was very clean and we’ll equipped.

Excellent Airport location - superb food!

Superb location for Charleroi airport, 5 minute car ride. Here on business and it was a nice stay. Clean big rooms, friendly staff and high level cuisine in the restaurant. I even came back in the same week as needed to stop one more night near airport. Highly reccomended and my go to Charleroi Airport stop over.

Great Hotel for Charleroi Airport Location

Always come back here when on business in Belgium. It’s a 5 minute drive from Charleroi Airport which is South Brussels. The team here are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is always busy and offers great food and drinks. It seems to be a popular spot for local residents too which says a lot about the quality of eatery. Rooms are generous size and parking on site is easy. We often use it as base too when heading back to the airport to catch a flight as you can wander in and have a cup of tea whilst catching up on some work. Will 100% use this hotel every time we are back in Belgium in this area.

Very nice property with splendid brasserie and lounge bar outside. Staff is very helpful without having the feeling that it is “forced behaviour”. Very clean and contemporary hotel. 1 remark : the sink of my bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival, all the rest was perfectly ok so I assume it was just forgotten but at least something to be checked by the floor cleaning supervisor… But again… overall it was a great experience 👍

It was a disastrous booking.. checked in ok.. staff friendly. Room was ok.. nothing special. Dinner was disgraceful., the manager placed us at the table but didn’t have the courtesy to tell us that there was a problem in the kitchen. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for 2 courses.. the tapas starter was good but my main course was atrocious.. my tuna was badly cooked, no flavour and a sauce that was hot at one side and cold on the other… obviously it was microwaved.. my partners Cod was tasteless.. I complained in a friendly manner but no gesture was made.. I stay in hotels approximately 100 nights per year.. it’s very rare that I have service as bad as this.. and to make matters worse the next morning I took what I thought was a hotel courtesy bus to the airport.. it was a taxi with a fixed price of 25€ for a 6 minute ride.. this is an absolute ripoff.. this visit is best forgotten.. thankfully there are other options
