As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others."

I got severely bitten, while having breakfast, I did notice someone else doing the tell tale arm scratch. They need to treat the mattresses."
