"The man at the front desk was extremely rude when I requested an extra towel as there were only two towels for a room that sleeps 4 people. The woman working the front counter was kind and professional. There was no body wash or shampoo in the room and only a tiny bar of soap provided so bring your own hygiene products. The room was very clean and it is a great value for the price. This is my second stay and I will stay here again. "

"Very much enjoyed our stay! The building is historic and has lots of charm. The lobby is full of life and community. However, it is a historic building with a few quirks. The room had a slant, and although we didn't experience any issues, they provide complimentary ear plugs because it's an "old building." I was traveling with my mother who has limited mobility. "The staff was friendly, our room was clean. I also really liked that they provided Dove products for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. The complimentary breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options for people with specific dietary needs. Coffee in the lobby was fresh ground, tasted really good and they provided a lot of options to add to your coffee as well."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK, nothing special about it. I didn't like that all the breads, muffins etc. was in zip lock baggies, too wasteful and hate to see all of them go into a landfill. Also the pool was open Friday evening and then closed Saturday late afternoon for servicing. Don't understand why it didn't get serviced Saturday which tends to be a busy day. Not a huge deal but we were looking forward to the hot tub Saturday evening. "

"the staff was great. it is an older hotel but they are renovating it. When I stayed it was still under renovation. It should get nicer from here on out. It was a clean and enough place to eat that was walking distance. Also if you wanted to drive everything was 5 mins away by car. "
