"This hotel is badly in need of maintenance and perhaps new management. The stairway carpets looked as though they had not been cleaned for weeks and must have been over 10 years old. Breakfast was in a room by the lobby and did not vary for the almost 4 weeks we were there. The room was not well attended during breakfast hours and we often had to ask them to refill the coffee machine. The outdoor pool was closed. "Three bedroom was perfect for the 5 of us. Just enough space for us. Bathroom tight and a step up to it was a bit weird. Not much in town but great access to local trails, which is what we came for. "

It is a great place to sit at the bar or patio & meet/mingle with people from all over the country. We only stayed 1 night, but vowed to book longer the next time we’re in that area. I would highly recommend the Hotel McCoy for your stay in Tucson."
