My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. "The room was clean but shower room very small. Whilst there was a kettle there was no tea or coffee provided. No curtains and the blinds did a poor job in keeping the early morning sunlightout so did not skeep well. Would probably not stay here again."

"Wonderful hosts, beautiful area, linens and cooking utensils provided, as well as a few tea bags and coffee sachets for a cuppa and a sit down when you arrive! easy self check in with amenable hosts. 10/15 min walk to the local high street, and ample parking space. a great self catering stay - does the job, i would happily recommend and stay again. thank you!"

"I was extremely surprised. This was a hidden gem! I was surprised it was equipped with all amenities; kettle, toaster, microwave, dining seating as well as a 2-ring stove. A really lovely accommodation, we were taken aback. The property owner was lovely, pleasant and friendly, he really took the time to show us where everything was. We will most definitely be staying here again in the future."

"Really nice apartment, very clean and comfortable. Great location for Alexandra Palace. Paid for parking about 6 minute walk away so no problems there and there is also street parking all around. Little shop next door and local amenities within walking distance. Overall probably the best little apartment I've stayed in. "

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Great flat, easy check in and check out, amazing location. Would absolutely stay again! The ONLY bummer was 10 am check out with no flexibility…at least not the day we checked out. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend! "
