Das Team der Eigentümerin Shahanaz und sie selbst geben einem sofort das Gefühl, total willkommen zu sein und der Service ist konstant überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! "Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR."
