We arrived on Sunday after Reception had closed, which was surprising considering it was just after 5:00pm. Had we known, it might have been OK, but trying to figure out how to check in was not easy. I found a phone number in our booking confirmation, but the woman who answered didn't speak English. She was able to patch in a man who translated, but that wasn't straightforward considering he didn't seem to know the hotel. I was told to look for a "safe" at the "front door", which I assumed was the streetside door with the Hotel sign. When I went out that door, I was locked out and had to walk around the building through the parking lot and back to where I'd entered after parking. There was a box with several locked slots. Once I was walked through the process, I had the keys for both our rooms. My son's was upstairs and ours on the ground level between the Service Room and the Breakfast Rm Kitchen... both noisy in the early hours, as was the Parking lot right outside our window. The morning receptionist was great, friendly and very amenable. She immediately apologized for our room and said she had another room ready for us upstairs, next to our son. He was able to help move our luggage upstairs as there is no elevator. We had chosen to face the back of the hotel thinking it would be quieter than streetside, but I think the street would have been less noisy. The parking lot had lots of traffic activity in the mornings and night. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, Hotel gut für Geschäftsreisende geeignet. Liegt ruhig. Zimmer und Bäder sind modernisiert. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind Duschvorhänge an der Dusche, die sind halt nich wirklich dicht. Glasabtrennungen sind hier deutlich besser. Frühstück ist gut und reichlich.

hôtel agréable

Super en ce qui concerne l'accueil. Nous sommes arrivés avant 15h et la jeune fille de la réception a rouvert le bureau spécialement pour nous donner la carte de la chambre. La chambre est très confortable, il est juste dommage que la douche ne soit pas en très bon état. Le petit déjeuner était également très bien, les employés sont restés très attentifs à ce qu'il ne manque de rien.

Gutes Hotel; sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel genügt durchschnittlichen Ansprüchen; es hat alles, was man braucht. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, die Rezeptionsdame war kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, leider war das Personal total überfordert; etliche Teller auf dem Buffet blieben dauerhaft leer. Gegen 9:00 Uhr ergatterten wir das letzte Würstchen und einen Rest Rührei, auch bei unserem Aufbruch eine Stunde später blieben die entsprechenden Gefäße leer. Mindestens 30 Personen hoben den Deckel fürs Rührei; es gab halt keins mehr! Hier muss dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Goed hotel voor overnachting tijdens doorreis

Der Service und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Allerdings wurden einige Sachen versprochen, die nicht eingehalten wurden: z.B. Bügeleisen, Klimaanlage und Kühlshrank. Der vereinbarte Preis war 340 Euro, jedoch erhielt ich einen Tag vorher eine Email, dass ich 420 Euro zahlen sollte. Der Preis ist dynamisch angestiegen.

No air conditioning

Nice hotel in quite area. However it does not have air conditioning as listed, having spent 4 days camping in 30+ degrees heat, was looking forward to a cool nights sleep before a long drive home, instead spent the night in a very warm room, even with the windows wide open. Reception closes at 7pm so no help available from hotel.
