"My recent stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Zürich Airport was unfortunately disappointing. From the moment of check-in, the service felt rather impersonal. As a paying guest who carefully compared several hotels in Zurich before choosing Mövenpick, I expected a more hospitable and attentive experience.
Cleanliness in the room also did not fully meet expectations. I noticed dust on the table surfaces, and the bed itself was uncomfortable due to a noticeable joint or separation in the mattress, which made it difficult to rest properly.
Hospitality is not only about providing accommodation but also about creating an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. During my stay, the overall atmosphere felt quite cold, with little visible effort to create a positive guest experience.
For these reasons, I would be hesitant to choose this hotel again or recommend it to friends at this stage. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively, as improvements in service attitude, attention to detail in room preparation, and overall guest engagement could significantly enhance the experience for future visitors."
