"Room is not exactly as the pictures. Staffs was awful especially at the S restaurant (gave wrong order and let me waited for a long time for the food after reminded them 2 times but they did not care), wifi is weak most of the time had no wifi, the A/C was not working and staff did not care to fix that, they just promised. I saw 2 cockroaches in my room and they did came to kill them but it is nasty to think about a place with cockroaches. Breakfast as they said have coffee but what they offer...

They assisted in travel to and from restaurants and gave us a “free ride” on the day of our departure to Ho Chi Minh City. The owner Hung La happens to make this trip and invited us to join him for this ride. Their deep caring for their guests is overwhelming! We can truly recommend this stay as 5 star. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area."

"Not enough staff, not all rooms were available by 3pm. Beach was not well accommodated, no beach chair or anything provided by the hotel, just the beach and you. Pools (3) were nice but could be better. The place is a little remote by everything else so the hotel should arrange some kinda of activities. We stayed 2 nights and basically just wandering by ourselves. With that said, the rooms were nice (our family reserved 3), breakfast buffet was nice but all could be better."

"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay here. "
