"When wet flooring in the washroom gets slippery. Very attentive staff at the restaurant, chef very efficient in serving your choice of dish."

"الموقع مميز والخدمات من حوله"

"The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally gracious and professional; especially the breakfast buffet staff. The breakfast buffet food was top notch and very tasty! Great location, near the Kochi airport, and the hotel airport transportation service came in very useful!"

"Ottima posizione vicino all’aeroporto. Ottima qualità del cibo e dei servizi offerti. Personale sempre accogliente e disponibile."

"Staff were great - very helpful and pleasant! However, we noticed a cockroach in our room on the final night (we stayed for two)."

"The staff was professional, respectful and responsive. They were really great."

"Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. "New construction, modern amenities, excellent views, and beautiful location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, beds, and linen."

"Great stay for the price , excellent breakfast, staff are lovely and very helpful. Pool area looking a bit tired , in need of a refurbishment, but the actual pool was great"

"I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay."

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."

"This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The facility was modern, with clean and excellent craftsmanship in lobby and all rooms! All the spaces were immaculate and beautifully furnished. The breakfast buffet was of excellent taste and variety. The Cassava restaurant had traditional Kerala cuisine which was delicious. Most importantly all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional; always ready to help! Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!"
