"The room was surface clean but had quite a bit of staining on the walls, curtains and carpet. I also did not like how the smoking section is right outside the front door so anytime you are leaving you have to walk through a smoke cloud. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast."

"Paid a 125 Euro deposit on arrival which I was told would be refunded on departure. That’s fine. Although I am now told it can take up to two weeks. I can live with that. However, on departure I authorised them to take the city tax amount from my debit card. Tax was around 39.00. Again fine. However, the tax payment was followed up with another payment taken of 70.54 which was not authorised. Hotel have been unhelpful and dismissive. No not allow them to keep your card info.
