"The room is definitely aged but considering the price I paid no big deal. It was all clean but you can tell there are things that need to be fixed or updated. The staff was SUPER friendly!! I would highly especially if you have a family and need some space and don’t want to feel stressed about being a family in a hotel. We will be staying here again!"

"My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. "This was the best hotel of my recent week-long road trip across the country. It was clean, as Holiday Inns consistently are. I appreciated the larger sized refrigerator with a freezer section in the room and the included toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion.
