"It was extremely beautiful stay I had recently at St. Regis in Mumbai. The service was excellent, food was tasty and everything I experienced at the property was the best. My favorite moments at the hotel was seeing smiling faces of all the staff and how pleasantly they interacted o personal level. I can't forget the way my request to taste the dessert "Malpua with Rabdi" was fulfilled by the staff. It was after years that I tasted this dessert which was tasty and had personal touch! "Hotel was undergoing renovation and hence a bit messy. Front desk staff is excellent. They do not allow guest to cut queue and politely ask them to wait their turn. Breakfast is alright and service is good. They remember your selection on your second visit and will deliver it to your table. Had dinner at the cafe on the second floor. Food is good and so is the service. Bed is comfortable but the floor is a bit sticky so did not try to go barefoot. Generally housekeeping is good. "
