Bathroom was dated, reception staff were ok. Annoying you can't sit and enjoy a coffee outside the club area. The hotel lobby was clean, but a very strong smell of air freshner, and slightly on the cold side.

I clearly expected and was promised a special occasion cake for my wife as a compliment, this never materialised until the night before we were leaving at 10 pm. Too late and do not promise if you cannt deliver

Sun N Sand Hotel Mumbai
Room - below standard, poor, sink was plugged, towels were not supplied. Staff- average Overall- spending Rs 20k per room requires decent room, amenities and services. We are regular customer with Sun n Snad for last 30 yrs. Feel need to change our second home to somewhere else

Ramee Guestline Hotel Juhu
Staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Room was clean and tidy, shower was comfortable and hot when needed.

Trident, Nariman Point Mumbai
