the staff is real friendly the room is neat and acceptably clean
but the really bad thing is the property location and the accesibility
It took the taxy 40min just to locate the hotel which essentially
is in an IT office building, taking 2 floors.
Even the guard to the building did not know there is a hotel there

Easy stay. Felt like staying in a small apartment. Staff was really helpful in bookings and directions etc. would recommend just know it is located in an office park.

Recepción en un cuarto piso
El GPS nos permitió llegar al hotel situado en la cuarta planta de un bloque de oficinas, no existe ningún letrero en la fachada, y la entrada y el ascensor es compartido con las oficinas, el barrio no es acogedor.
El personal del hotel es muy amable en especial el cocinero.
El comedor en reducido pero la comida es muy buena.
A pesar de estar cerca del hotel te cobran 750INR por el taxi.

NICE STAFF AND ROOM
ROOM AND BATHROOM WERE GENERALLY CLEAN BUT COMMODE COULD HAVE USED EXTRA ATTENTION IN CLEANING. STAFF FRIENDLY AND GIVE QUICK RESPONSE.

Best Hotel in 5 weeks of India!
The management and staff went above and beyond in accommodating us! The room was quiet and amazingly clean!!! While a bit difficult to navigate to, and even though the hotel is on the 4th floor, it was so pleasing to finish off our trip in India there! We hope to go back to Mumbai, and this is where we will stay!!!!!
