"The Arabella was perfect. The location is wonderful. Close to restaurants and shops and a quick ride to Upper Sedona. The red rocks appeared majestically right outside my window. The breakfast included so many gluten-free and dairy-free choices. Patricia, the concierge, was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"The resort had plenty of fun amenities and was perfect for a relaxing family trip. I enjoyed the fitness classes (yoga and Pilates). We spent most of our time in the kids pool, which we liked better than the bigger pool. The mini golf was really fun and our son loved fishing on Oak Creek. There are a few restaurants within walking distance so we didn't have to leave the property and we able to fully relax. They also had an arcade, which was really nice when we got too hot or there was a monsoon....

We also really appreciated the washer and dryer after our first week of vacation. We were the only people there:it's derelict.No guests & no staff.It's all run remotely and is moving away from being a hotel to being AirBnB.Expedia clearly do no due diligence and were not interested in my concerns about the place before or during our stay. If you do still go there for it's good location beware: 1) They have hidden costs. The owners ignore the deal done with Expedia and charge an exorbitant deposit for which they then make a non refundable charge to you...
