"Lounge and reception staff were on their own program. Sat in lounge for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally went to registration to have him paged. Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...

"Great place to stay before flying out of Munich. Quick walk to the town center and a short drive to the Weihenstephaner brewery. Breakfast was good and the bartenders at night, while very busy during the World Cup match were attentive and polite. Would stay again."
