This is a decent and reliable hostel near the main railway and bus stations in Munich. It's easy to get to by public transport and very good access point for further travel.

Best a&o I've been to so far. Close to the central station, nice front desk employee, the room was large, quiet and clean. It was "just for getting some hours of rest" in a female dorm, but I'll come back when being in Munich for longer

The location was really good and there was a tram across the street that led to the main train station. The beds were also pretty good. The staff though were not the greatest as I was assigned to the wrong bed twice and had to move beds two times which was not pleasant. I booked a single room just wanted to have my own peace but didn’t expect the room is huge as in a hostel standard, even it was a disable/wheelchair room still pretty big. And the staffs were friendly & helpful; I was pleased to stay there!

The stay is great there was no ac but this is europe so not uncommon. My only issue was all the kids young adult hanging out blocking the main entrance so you have to weave in and out to get in or out and standing out there all hours yelling and shouting. We had a lovely large private unit at this hostel. It was wonderfully located and only a 20 minute walk from Oktoberfest and the shopping districts. The unit itself was large, clean and safe with a fun party atmosphere at the lobby/entranceway. We had a fantastic and comparatively affordable stay with a&o hostel while visiting München and would definitely recommend it to others!
