We stayed here for 8 nights in a studio room. The room was exactly what was shown, the bedsheets are clean, there is a coffee machine near the reception which you can use free of cost, anytime. Its 5min walk from the central station so that is really an advantage. The AC worked nicely in extreme temp in July. However there are many things from service perspective which should be changed. The room had no pot and ladle for cooking, no dishwasher tablets, no sponge or dishwashing liquid. All this was requested from the reception, ideally should be checked by the service staff before handing over the apartment. The wifi of the hotel did not connect with the TV so we had use our own mobile data to watch Netflix on TV. We highlighted it to the reception, and they mentioned that this problem is with all the TV's in the hotel. The used towels and bed sheets need to be submitted at the reception to get new ones, or if the toilet paper is over this was to be taken from the reception after telling them how many you need. this seemed more like a hostel than an aparthotel. Ideally all this should be checked by the cleaning staff at your door, hence from service perspective things could definitely be improved.
