The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main Ubahn station which offers a train every couple of minutes to various locations and into the hear of Munich. We had dinner and drinks and the food was decent and the service was great. We used the sauna one evening which was very nice (but much warmer than anticipated).

Just stayed here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest. The service was excellent. We ate at the small bar/restaurant one night and it's a small menu but was great. There aren't a lot of restaurants in the area but the metro is just down the road so it was easy to get around and felt safe. There's also a Lidl (grocery store) and liquor store a short walk from the hotel. It was reasonably priced for the middle of Oktoberfest and excellent. Would stay here again!

Lovely place

We stayed there second time now and we will be back for sure. All staff are super kind and helpful , we had a great time , tv lounge idea is amazing and pool area is just wonderful. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

Very nice hotel

Great hotel. Good location, close to two underground stations and buses for easy access to Munich city centre. A few small shops and restaurants close by. Room was a decent size, and comfortable. Plenty of space for suitcases, and to still room to walk around the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A pleasant hotel, a short walk from the U Bahn network. There is not much in terms of local ammenities but you can be in the centre of Munich within 25/30 minutes. The small bar area has seating and a TV showing live sport and a good selection of drink available.

Clean, beds were very comfortable, convenient to the subway, only about a 7 minute walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wasn’t crazy about the shower, you had to lift your leg over the tub and pull yourself into the shower. Water pressure wasn’t great and the tub was narrow, AC in the room did not work well but overall it was very good.

Amenities out of commission- false advertising!

The steam was not functioning. The pool was out of commission. And the sauna was only open after 17:00. And on the second day, they didn’t even turn it on properly, so I had to run up to the front-desk and ask for it. Unless this hotel invests some money into renovating its amenities, they should not advertise them. Furthermore the bathtub in my room had black mold. I didn’t dare to use it.

Dirty room awful service

The room wasn’t so clean. I got candidiasis after taking a bath at the bathtub. The reception chooses what time the guests do the check in and who can check in before or not. A man in front of me could do his check in paying exactly the same price as I did, but they didn’t let me get inside of the room at the same time as he did. And the check out is at 12:00. So at 12:01 the cleaning lady entered the room asking me to leave. But at the check in time when I tried to check in only 10 minutes before, they didn’t let me. After that I had to get a huge cue and in the end I was at the room at about 15:40. So to check in I couldn’t get on time but to check out someone was invading my room to check out.

Had to switch rooms twice as the heater wasn’t working properly, the balcony door fell on me and the hair dryers didn’t work. There is no laundry facilities and the stuff is rude and unfriendly.

Bar good, the rest shabby

Without notice the car park was out of use. The offered alternative was to park on the street - two blocks away. Reception was shambolic (they had two rooms for me, my colleague who booked separately was down as a no-show), told me I couldn't have an iron and board brought to my room, but there was one anyway. Shower/bath mixer broken so shower pressure was awful, and water was tepid. At departure they couldn't provide my colleague with an invoice. Breakfast room was packed but tables were cleaned really slowly making it worse. At least the bar service and food were good.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich super gelegen und auch die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Wir hatten 4 Tage lang kein warmes Wasser, was zeitnah gemeldet wurde. Dem wurde nur bedingt nachgegangen, bis letztendlich das ganze Hotel kein warmes Wasser mehr hatte. Auch im Nachhinein ist der Service diesbezüglich sehr schlecht. Die "versprochene" Preisminderung lässt nach wie vor auf sich warten. Anstatt den Dingen direkt nachzugehen und den Kunden aktiv zu informieren, wird scheinbar lieber auf "Verschleierung" und Stummstellen gesetzt. Diesen schlechten Service hätte ich vom Hotel und der Kette so nicht erwartet.
