Great surprise!

We loved this hotel! We were greeted with an incredibly friendly check in, the breakfast was amazing as well as the staff we felt just like family. Our room was pleasant and the coffee was great. If we come back, we definitely would stay here again! Also, you can’t beat the location!

The pillowcase hadn’t been changed and smelled absolutely disgusting, like sweaty feet. At first, I thought the smell was coming from my own feet or maybe the blanket, but then I realized it was actually from the pillow I had been resting my head on for about 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable. They did replace it afterwards, but there was no apology at all. Honestly, the whole experience left me with a lasting sense of disgust.
