"The hotel room was nice, with a kitchen, fireplace, and big bathroom. Nice views, all the appliances we needed, and enough room for all of our luggage. Room is nicely decorated but the hallways are dimly lit, and the carpet is old and dirty. The front desk would help whenever we called. Fireplace didn't work but they fixed it. "The host was friendly and the space had everything we needed for the weekend. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and in a nice area. Lots of parking available too. The only downside was that the condo was really new and units inside were still being worked on and although the place we stayed was done, it was fairly dusty inside and in the building with all the construction. I’m sure when all the work is finished in the area, that would no longer be a concern!"

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."
