"This place looks new, however, there are some items that were nonfunctional, including door, locking mechanism, taps, light, fixtures, etc. When using the stairs, please be aware of the doors being very heavy, and when they close, making a loud booming sound, waking any of the other guests in the hotel if it is not closed softly With about a 800 m walk, you will have access to lots of restaurants and stores for your convenience during your stay. Also, the national train station is a short walk in the same direction."

"I have stayed here 3 times now and although the facility is wonderful, clean, and the perfect location for events; every time there have been issues with the thermostat not working and the shower doesn’t function properly. I have never been able to change the AC in the room and the shower never lets me change the temperature as well as it always went between hot and cold on its own and if I tried to raise it by one degree it would shut off on its own. Every time this has happened so I’m not sure of the cause. Again still a wonderful staff and location is great, just a few constant disappointments in the room."

"PARKRUN TOURIST as a solo traveller, who was pushed for time getting to and from the event at Zonnestraal, I took advantage of the cycle for hire. This was the quickest way to get to and from the event without a car. €18. Breakfast was sufficient. I don't eat much in the evening, so had soup and dessert on Friday. Soup was lovely, but the Panacotta was frozen and has split. Was pretty awful and the texture was all wrong."

"I did not like the fact that I arrived after 12 and asked if there was a room available (already cleaned) and I was told that I had to pay an extra 11 Euro per hour if I wanted to check in before 2 P.M. ( check in time). With the same logic I should have been reimbursed for leaving before check out time that is 12 . What was not acceptable was that the room has the bathroom that is part of the room, separated only by a glass wall and glass door that does not keep out the smell and the noises. So the rooms are basically for one person or a parent and a child , not really for 2 people. Even if they advertise that they have double rooms ( 2 single beds) they do not have them. Those 2 single beds you cannot really separate from each other also because the night light is fixed on the wall above your head. I liked the breakfast buffet and the kindness of the staff, that's why they get an extra star. ."

"This is an excellent hotel for attending shows at the Johan Cruiff Arena, which is just 10 minutes walk. It's a 30 minute direct bus ride from the airport, and getting into the city centre is easy on the Metro. Hotel itself is very clean - rooms are well appointed with a comfortable bed, an excellent shower and very fast wifi, and I slept extremely well. Breakfast was very good (except for the usual awful hotel toaster which barely warms the bread!) and every member of staff I met was very pleasant. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here if I was visiting for a city break as there are better located hotels, but for the concerts I was attending this was perfect."

"Second time staying here. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Convenient location for gigs at either arena or the stadium. Breakfast is good, though I was disappointed they've removed the waffle maker."
