"The bar was broken. Could not pour a Heineken. Barman was fully occupied with this problem and therefore was very inattentive wrt ordering food, printing off a receipt.
Room 429 has black marks all over the wall behind the sink. Bed and floor were clean"

"The hotel is very nice and well located as an overnight near the airport however there were a few issues worth noting. First the booking website mentioned a free airport shuttle but what it fails to mention is it is only free from the airport to the hotel. They charge 5 euros for the return to the airport and you have to book ahead. That was not helpful for us who were using the hotel as an overnight before flying home. Second, the staff made quite a point of the roof top bar when we arrived...

"A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated.
Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."
