"The staff were all friendly, cheerful, and helpful, including the shuttle driver. The menu was also excellent, and we enjoyed a quiet drink in the hotel bar. The room was excellent as well, and was spotless, roomy, quiet and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make for the hotel management is to have a couple of bottles of water in the mini fridge in the rooms. It may seem like a small thing, but it is important for trvellets arriving late at night or needing to be careful about local...

"As a smoker, and I make no apologies, the smoking area behind the apartment section was often used by groups of men (don't know if they worked there), who had drinks and were loud. Also, there was no sitting area except on a packing crate, so I felt like a nonentity. As a senior female, I didn't feel comfortable. Otherwise, all was fine, and friendly."

"The first room that they put me into smelled weird so I asked for a new room and I got one without carpet and that was much better! The parking is a few blocks away and it’s like €50 for valet. This location is great. I could walk up to the Anne Frank house and all around town. "
