"The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. "Uitstekend hotel in de haven van Delfzijl, uitstekend diner menu met heerlijke gerechten en een prima ontbijt, zeer uitgebreid. De kamers zijn wat oubollig, maar voldoen prima. Gratis koffie en fruit op de gang. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Groningse gastvrijheid."

"Since we didn't know where we were supposed to park our car, we had to walk inside and it was quite confusing during the rush hour at the restaurant. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place. It was quite confusing at the beginning. "
