"The first room we were given had a strong odour of smoke so the receptionist kindly gave us a nearby room immediately. We were also provided with the use of towelling robes when asked. The receptionist also kindly arranged a taxi pick up for us the following morning. We were disturbed by a number of animals in our room, including a large hornet and mosquitos, as the window had been left open before our arrival and we were unaware of this as the window was behind the curtain and the net was not...

"Hôtel moderne avec prestations de qualité très bien placé dans le vieux Dokkum . Ménage impeccable (chambres et parties communes). Le seul bémol est le manque de communication entre les équipes qui se relaient dans l’hôtel (gestion des petits déjeuners et du parking). Chaque jour, les équipes semblent découvrir notre présence et nos prestations réservées alors qu’il n’y a que 25 chambres et 9 places de parking à gérer ."
