"My personnel at the bar was pretty rude when we still had 10 minutes to get a drink and they wouldn’t make a cocktail for us. If the bar is technically open until a certain time, everything should be available until that time and then they should clean up. Afterwards, they kicked us out and we had to have our drink not the cocktail that we wanted in the lobby."

"Building exterior is obviously amazing, location is amazing being so close to the train station, food, and shopping. My only complaint is the walls are super thin so we could hear our upstairs neighbours all night. They weren’t even being excessively loud, simple things like opening curtains/drawers, moving chairs and walking could be heard loudly below. Also windows weren’t super sound proof so we could hear bike bells and people yelling outside at night. Also one of our towels in the bathroom...

"Das Zimmer ist für eine Person ok. Für 2 Personen ging das eigentlich gar nicht wir mussten unsere Koffer im Auto lagern da im Zimmer kein Platz war. Außerdem hat es in unserem Zimmer nach gulli gestunken. Hatten Zimmer 001 direkt neben der Tür da alles sehr hellhörig ist war auch schlafen schwierig."

"This was a short walk to and from the central train station, so was easy to get in and out of. I wouldn't bring large luggage, though, because the cobblestone streets are hard to maneuver with wheeler bags. I loved the location and could walk around the city freely. It's a short hop to canal tours, the red light district, and a lot of restaurants! You are about 1 mile (1.6 km) from the big art museums or the casino, so that's a bit further. But, there are plenty of shops to stop at along...
